inecta, LLC and its affiliates (collectively, “us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the inecta.com website (the “Site”) under the name inecta. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information (as hereinafter defined) we receive from users of the Site and Apps.

Protecting your private information is our priority. This Privacy Policy governs data collection and usage of the products, services, software, platform and websites, including, but not limited to the Site and the Apps (collectively, “Services”) provided by inecta. By using the Services, you consent to the data practices described in this policy as well as our License Terms. If you do not agree to any part of this Privacy Policy, then you should stop accessing the Services.

Information Collection, Use and Retention

While using our Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, physical address or telephone number, and if you purchase Services from us, we may collect and store your billing and credit card information (collectively, “Personal Information”). Your providing Personal Information to us is voluntary by you. If you refuse to provide certain Personal Information to us, we may not be able to provide certain Services to you.

inecta collects and uses your Personal Information to operate our websites and deliver the Services you have requested. inecta may also use your Personal Information to inform you of other products or services available from inecta and its affiliates. inecta does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. Except as hereinafter provided, your Personal Information is not transferred to any third parties without your express consent. inecta may share data with trusted partners to help us perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. inecta may share your Personal Information with third parties who perform tasks required to complete a purchase transaction. All such third parties are prohibited from using your Personal Information except in connection with the Services you request from us, and they are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of your Personal Information.

inecta may disclose personal information when we are required to or we believe it is appropriate to comply with the law (e.g., a lawful subpoena, warrant or court order); to enforce or apply this Privacy Policy or our other policies or agreements; to initiate, render, bill, and collect for amounts owed to us; to protect our or our users' rights, property or safety; to protect our users from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful use of the services offered by us; or if we believe that an emergency involving the danger of death or serious physical injury to any person requires or justifies disclosure of personal information. Information about our customers, including Personal Information, may be disclosed as part of any merger, acquisition, debt financing, sale of company assets, as well as in the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy or receivership in which personal information could be transferred to third parties as one of inecta's business assets. In such an event, we will attempt to notify you before your personal information is transferred, but you may not have the right to opt out of any such transfer.

To the extent provided by the law of your jurisdiction, you may request access to the Personal Information we maintain about you or request that we correct, update, amend or delete such Personal Information, or that we restrict the processing of such Personal Information by contacting us as indicated below. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may charge you a fee for providing you with a copy of your Personal Information.

Where provided by law, you may withdraw any consent you previously provided to us or object at any time on legitimate grounds to the processing of your Personal Information, and we will apply your preferences from the time which we receive such withdrawal or objection, provided, however, that such withdrawal or objection will not apply retroactively to our use of your Personal Information prior to such withdrawal or objection.

inecta retains Personal Information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, for legitimate business purposes, such as enforcing the terms of our agreements with you, or to comply with applicable statutes of limitations or other laws or to resolve disputes.

For information about data collection by Microsoft, please refer to the privacy policy from Microsoft, which you agreed to when purchasing your Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution.

Log Data

Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site (“Log Data”).

This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

In addition, we may use third party services that collect, monitor and analyze your behavior on the Site. Non-essential tracking technologies are only activated after you provide consent through our cookie consent tool. These third-party services currently include:

  • HubSpot (customer relationship management and website analytics)
  • Google Analytics 4 (website analytics and audience measurement)
  • Google Ads (conversion tracking)
  • PostHog (product analytics and session recording)
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag (advertising and audience measurement)
  • LinkedIn Conversions API (server-side conversion measurement using hashed contact data)
  • Reddit Pixel (advertising conversion tracking)

While using our Apps, we do not collect any log data. Microsoft Dynamics 365 may collect user log data, but we do not access or collect this data.

Communications

We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information, or to target and personalize advertising on other platforms.

Cookies and Consent

Cookies are small data files stored on your device by your browser. We use a cookie consent management tool (CookieYes) to obtain your consent before setting non-essential cookies. When you first visit our Site, you will be presented with a consent banner where you can accept or decline cookie categories. We categorize cookies on our Site as follows:

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and you are responsible for any activity using your account, whether or not you authorized that activity. Please immediately notify inecta of any unauthorized use of your account.

inecta secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. In addition, inecta secures the personally identifiable information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. When personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted to other websites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective as of March 31, 2026 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Services after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.

If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you either through the email address you have provided us, or by placing a prominent notice on our website.
