Produce Trader

The Buyer Board gives produce traders one screen to do all of their purchasing and quote-making duties. Buyers can use this screen to look at what they have on hand for each item, while also seeing what is on the sales order and what is on the purchase order for the next 7 days. It also gives an account beyond the initial 7 days that can be conveniently filtered by day, week, month, quarter and year. Buyers can get a look at their inventory levels and make a purchase document for all items required for purchase with a simple click of a button.  

Produce traders need to be able to create orders quickly and efficiently. Available Items allows the user to shop for a list of lots that can be filtered on, e.g. location, expiration date, and more. The user can go down the list of lots and add the quantity/quantities required by the customer and add multiple sales lines to the sales order immediately, and in real-time.  

With INECTA's Order Guide feature, produce traders can automate and enhance the sales order process by creating a catalog of items most frequently purchased by the costumer or designated items sold to that customer. The order guide also allows the sales associate to upsell the customer by allowing the order guide to suggest items based on past sales of that same customer.
